The activities subject to the award for the period of execution of the contract are: - activity 1 - development of a complex project for an investment initiative for the construction.The complex project for an investment initiative must be prepared in compliance with the technical specification and the approved technical assignment.- Activity 2 - Exercise of copyright supervision during the construction of the respective site.This activity will be carried out after the issuance of a building permit for the site - in the period from the drafting of the Protocol Model 2 for the opening of a construction site of the construction to the drawing up and signing of a findings for establishing the suitability for the adoption of the same construction (Appendix No.The villages of Shiroka Polyana and Nikolovo are located southwest of Haskovo.As of March 15, 2024.The village of Shiroka Polyana has a population of 422 people and the village of Nikolovo with a population of 285 people.The village of Nikolovo is located about 1km north of the village of Shiroka Polyana.The water supply of the village of Shiroka Polyana is carried out by small -sized captured springs.The water intake section from which the water supplies the village of Nikolovo is located in the immediate vicinity of the shore of the Thracian Dam, at the moment the water from which the water supply the villages is high with high manganese content, and there is also a shortage of water quantities.In view of the above circumstances, hydrogeological studies for water abstraction from groundwater were performed.A permit ? 31510741 /16.01.2025 was issued for the construction of the water source.For water intake from groundwater, through new water intake facilities.The well is executed south of the regulatory boundaries of Shiroka Polyana village - in PI with identifier 83288.45.167 under the KKKR of the village of Shirokka Polyana, Haskovo municipality.It is public municipal property.The geographical coordinates of the performed tube well in the WGS system - 84 are N 41 ° 48'15.2 '' E 25 ° 24'25.6 ''.Completed at a depth of 48.00m. The necessary laboratory tests were performed.A project for the establishment of a sanitary security zone (COZ) has been prepared.The subject of this contract is the provision of services for investment design and copying supervision during construction, which includes: equipment of the executed pipe well;power supply of the pipe well;construction of a bunker pumping station (BPS);Implementation of electric boards in BPS;chlorine equipment;Implementation of a pressure tank (reservoir) /HP /;Implementation fence for well and reservoir;New water supply connections between the execution well and from the HP and from the pressure tank to an existing distribution shaft, which is located at 820m.south of the village of Shiroka Polyana.According to preliminary studies, the route of the new water supply system will be approximately 1800m.In connection with the accession of the bunker pumping station (BPS), which will be built in PI with identifier 83288.45.167 under the CCCR of the village of Shirokka Polyana, Haskovo Municipality has been drawn up an opinion of EP South EAD ? 4666046/07.03.2025.The power supply of the site will be from the EP South South South South South South South EAD, erection 4 with geographical coordinates 41.810138, 25.410610 to GRT at a pumping station.According to Art.137, para.1, letter "b" of the SPA and Art.2, para.2, letter "b", item 4 of Ordinance No. 1 of July 30, 2003 on the nomenclature of the types of construction - the site is the first category.
